Counterspace specializes in editorial and identity work for cultural institutions. We research, develop, design and implement all components of large-scale identity systems that include identity development, printed matter, web design, motion graphics and environmental design. We offer a personal, collaborative interaction with our clients, aiming to please, educate and challenge ourselves and our clients through critical discussion and to develop distinctive design solutions. Michael and Yasmin are the core of Counterspace, and are supported by a network of collaborators and trusted freelancers that join the studio as necessary to provide technical expertise or when our work load expands. We control our work flow to always allow the partners to be intimately involved in every design project we produce.
